house and outsourced trucks, motor pool and containers. Ensured timely loading and dispatch to meet
customer dates.
➢ Developed a pool of cost & time efficient logistics vendors to hire trucks for movement of export and
import consignments. Negotiated profitable terms of trade with them.
➢ Implement driver policies and procedures, including their insurance and documentations.
➢ Collaborated with shipping agents on custom duties, tariff classification, documentation, insurance and bill
of lading. Ensure best quotes for overseas freight.

reconciliation in a computerized inventory system.
➢ Ensured proper storage of finished goods in 40 ft containers for overseas exports / finished goods for local
consumption.

enhance logistics efficiency.
