Joined UNDP’s project Merged Area Governance Program to work with the Government of Khyber Pukhtonkhwa, Pakistan and assist them in their Tribal Decade Strategy plan to merged the war-torn districts of FATA. Appointed to help the government setup their procurement departments and conduct procurement as per UNDP and KPPRA rules to ensure the initial budget of 10billion is spent efficiently.

Supply Chain Manager
Tibolli LLC has two brands of professional hair care products namely Tibolli and GKhair. Manufactured in 4 countries including USA, Italy, Brazil and China and supplied across 75. It currently has 8 warehouses globally with 350 plus SKUs. Offices are located globally in various countries and the Islamabad office serves as the head office. I was hired as a Demand Planning Manager and within 6 months I was given the global Supply Chain Operations. Tasks Include:
• Manufacturing : Manage, Plan and Coordinate Production with Suppliers and team members in USA, China, Brazil and Italy daily.
• Strategy : Chalk out annual strategy, negotiate rates, MOQ’ and finalizing contracts with all manufacturers and suppliers.
• Procurement : Manage the entire Procurement process. Proactively monitor and expedite purchase orders to agreed SLAs with suppliers and internal customers. Annual Spend 20m Dollars.
• Inventory Management & Warehousing : Manage, monitor and maintain inventory in various warehoues globally.
• Team Management&Capcity Development : Managing, training, leading, developing and supervising all supply chain staff including procurement teams.
• Finance Liason : Lias with account payables and receivables on daily basis for timely payments to suppliers, reconciliations, price variations, settlement of any disputes with distributors, inventory valuations and budget analysis.
• Data Analytics: Provide analytical support to improve the quality and timeliness of S&OP data reporting (sales, production, inventory, project risks, uncertainties, etc).
• Project Management: Managing 20+ ongoing projects and portfolio of products that include 350+ SKUs of Hair Care Products, Marketing Material, Electronic Items, Packaging and Raw material.
• Integration & Control: Assisting the inhouse IT team to design, improve and implement new ERP Modules e.g Inventory, Logistics and Purchase Modules with international accepted latest process flows for better controls.
• Supply Chain Operations: Managed 10 direct reports in 5 segments under supply chain: demand planning, inventory control, warehousing, logistics and manufacturing.
• Supplier Management & Selection: Manage key outsource relationships with Logistics, Manufacturing supplying Partners.
• Global Logistics & Distribution Operations : Supervise the logistics and distribution across the globe from complete container shipments to amazon orders to and from manufacturers and warehoues. Ensuring all the documents for clearance are made in time and accurately including, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Euro1 and Ausfta.
Demand Planning
• Cost Analysis: Reduce working capital by analyzing & controlling all aspects of demand and supply.
• Demand Plan: Coordinate development of product forecasts by region over short/medium/long term planning horizon (ie. 12+ months rolling forecast). I have managed to increase forecast accuracy by 85%. Generation of the demand plan and sales forecast between a consistent 12-month horizon.
• Modeling Demand: Analyse key customer ordering patterns, product sales trends, and the impact of Product/Marketing plans on the various regions across the globe to improve predictability of forecasts.
• Inventory Forecasting: Share forecasts with suppliers and 3PL’s, working with them to optimize material availability and minimize obsolete/over stocks.
• Managing Demand & Supply: Managing the order process through to delivery while identifying potential product shortages and resolve with appropriate techniques such as expediting with suppliers/forwarders.
• Sales Coordination: Monthly coordination with Sales teams on promotion timings, distribution tactics, sales periods, regional sales trends, planned intake and stock covers to develop an aligned “commercial” demand forecast.
• Finance Coordinating: Lead any stock analysis required for audit.

Present day mobility models overlook many features associated with handovers and the dissertation identified that there was a need for a more comprehensive mobility model on a platform like NS-2, suggesting considering factors, among others, the propagation impairments and preferred paths by a user in a new model.
