Compensation and Benefits
• Formulate and manage all related policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits, HR Planning functions.
• Establish and implement the Sales incentive scheme.
• Prepare all Headcount budget (around $26 M) projections.
• Review and maintain PIC’s pay scale and grading structure.
• Develop and implement overall employees’ Performance management system (Apply management by objectives and competency-based evaluation in line with forced distribution methodology).
• Develop and implement proper scheme of the variable remuneration form all employees, including the annual Bonus, Increment schemes.
HR Planning & Organizational Development:
• Monitor, Review, and update Job Descriptions.
• Create and update detailed Organizational Structures along with MENA system
• Design the Competency Manual and framework.
• Design the Succession Planning Framework.
• Design and implement the Talent Pool Program.
• High knowledge in Menaitech HR systems and reporting.
• Carry out the operational - Day to day tasks (Job offers, HR Periodic Reports and analysis).
• Developed a Competency Manual and framework.
• Conducted a proper Job Analysis & Job Descriptions with standardization.
• Prepared the monthly HR-Dash Board Report.
