Duties and responsibilities in Policies and Compliance:
•Plan and implement and annually review IT systems policies in liaises with the organization general police based on ITIL, COBIT, APQC, ISO/IEC 27001 recommendations;
•Maintain current and complete documentation for projects, plans, references, KBs, configurations, and others;
•Provide IT services to end users and guests as per TRA regulations.
•Issue quarterly IT auditing reports including critical users accounts, internet access reports, firewalls policies, systems access logs, and whatever IT Auditors may request;
Duties and responsibilities in managing systems & Networks:
•Install, configure, administer and maintain organizations servers and related hardware and software, including documentation and support, Servers include DCs, DNSs, DHCPs, IISs, Application Servers, File Servers, Exchange Servers, ADFS, ADSync, … etc
•Plan, install, configure, administer and maintain organizations virtual environment on Hyper-V and VMWare.
•Administer and maintain back-end Citrix environment.
•Install operating system updates, upgrades, patches, and make configuration changes;
•Administer, maintain and repair IT resources to ensure the availability of information systems all time;
•Monitor, troubleshoot, update, enhance and fine tune system performance;
•Analyze servers logs and identify potential issues to ensure that all servers are up and running optimally;
•Design, setup, administer, and maintain email systems through Exchange 2013 and Office365
•Add, remove, and update user account information;

• Monitor, operate and conduct maintenance of ICT security systems, including firewalls, spam filters, anti‐virus software, intrusion detection/prevention, authentication and any other security features of all ICT systems and services.
Duties and responsibilities in Support:
• Provide the team of 1st level solutions and enhancement methods related to the end users services;
• Receive escalated support request via helpdesk system, work with the 1st level support to resolve them, educate both end users and 1st level support with the root cause and steps to resolve it.

Other duties:
• Distribute and maintain costs and billing information for various IT services to multiple locations and business units.
• Introduce and integrate new technologies into the existing IT environment and business units;

Duties and responsibilities for the training programmes:
• Ensure that the approved programme is carried out efficiently, equipment and other training facilities are properly maintained, recorded and utilized;
• Ensure that all lessons, examination preparations, marking and keeping of class records are carried out efficiently;
• Check regularly the weekly progress reports of trainees and advise on necessary educational and/or disciplinary measures to be taken as appropriate;
• Advise the Chief Vocational Training Instructor on the general progress of each course and stresses on individual cases of failure to achieve the necessary improvement;
• Prepare developmental plans for the Vocational Training Instructors of the course or group of courses in specialization;
• Participate in co‐curricular activities in the centre and in different summer course when required;
