•Reading all types of blood films:
•Run CBC on cell-Dyne 3500 and coulter-Beckman In addition to that doing all coagulation tests e.g.: PT, PTT, Fibrinogen, D-Dimer, FDP, Thrombintime, Protein-C, Protein-S &Diagnostic stago STA, Sikling and Osmotic Fragility (In addition routine tests coombs, Reticulocyte, Malaria &all manual tests.

•Bio Chemistry Department:
•Special chemistry: Doing Protein Electrophoresis to detect M-Band and Immunofixation of serum and 24 hours urine collection to know the type of M-Band If 7type, K type, IgG, IgM and light chain, Doing CSF Electrophoresis and Oliogo Clonal index Doing 24 hours urine collection for\[VMA, 17-Ketosterids, Metanephrines, 5-Hydroyindole Acetic Acid\]
•Doing all routine tests manually and by Auto-Analyzer machines (Cobas Mira Plus, Cobas Integra 400, Hitachi 704, Cardiac reader, AVL 9140 & 9130, for blood gas used ABL50 &AVL)Doing Osmolality in serum & urine creatinine clearance, oxalate pyruvate, pyruvate kinase, Ammonia & Cupper …etc.

•Doing all hormons tests in Radio Immuno assay e.g.: Plasma Renine Activity, Aldostrond, Vit D, and Gastine, …etc. also using auto analyzer machine (Axsym, IMX, TDX and Immulite).Doing all Hormones e.g.: Thyroid Function test (LH, FSH, PRL … tec.
•I was responsible for (Q.C) of internal hormones and external hormones, also tumor marker.
