• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

• Maintain the purchasing and payments systems, processing invoices and bank payments and reconciling supplier statements.
• Approves ledger entries by auditing transactions.
• Maintain and report all financial records to TTI management.
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
• Ensure financial records and backup documentation is ready for internal and external audits.
• Maintain overall budget control and monitor cash flows.
• Work closely with project officers on the project implementation planning and cash flow projections.
• Communicate effectively with regional offices and the head office in Houston to prevent and resolve issues.
• Ensure that employee contracts, documentation and reports are prepared in compliance with current legislation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure that regular audits are performed.
• Distribute and oversee all TTI benefits provided to employees.
• Participate in exit interviews for terminated employees.
• Organizes and maintains warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material storage and handling; maintains labeling system on each stock item; manually stocks inventory shelving with stock items received or returned.
