Managed and supervised two projects: Creek Vistas Heights (high-rise building) and Sobha Furniture Factory (construction and factory development). Held full
responsibility for monitoring construction progress, ensuring adherence to safety and quality regulations, and managing the projects within budget and time constraints.

Construction & Supervision of various types of structures involved in station activities like station wall, base, platform, mezzanine, concourse, basement & roof slab of 211m length along with ancillary building of 28.6m and other structure like RC wall, double/hanging slab, staircase, blockwork, first stage concrete, screeding and
waterproofing.

Key responsibilities:-

*Follow up with sub-contractors for labour resource. *Controlling of NON-CONFORMANCE REPORT (NCR). *Executing all works with quality standards set by the Client and Company.
*Ensure the execution of site works as per approved drawings and specifications.
*Executed all works with zero incident at site.
*Preparation of bar bending Schedule and Subcontractor RA bills.
*Preparing Inspection Requests and obtaining Consultant’s approvals.
*Reconciliation (Steel, Concrete & Bulk material) & raising Material request (MR).
* Monitoring sub-contractors in the completion of daily operations to ensure
project progress and optimal performance.
*Planning & Co-ordination with Client, consultants and Sub- Contractor and
various departments during execution of various stages of activities.

Completed an extension project of Cacher cancer hospital, Linac (linear accelerator) block.

Key responsibilities :-
*Preparing Inspection Requests and obtaining Consultant’s approvals.
*Preparing Daily Report and submiting to PM / Consultant.
*Executing the work as per drawing with proper quality and safety.
