Main Role:
Created a plan for every encountered issue to be addressed in advance to ensure that the auditing process complies with the Client’s objectives, in order to verify that all the controls works probably, making sure any concern gets eliminated before the Lead Auditor’s investigation process starts in order to avoid any type of fine or penalty to get issued by the Third-Party.
General Responsibilities:
Writing a complete documented process for every single system present, in order to obtain the evidence from the audit, such as: records, statements of fact or other information which are relevant and verifiable. Then making sure the lead auditor evaluates the investigation objectively to determine the extent to which the audit criteria are fulfilled. In addition, showing every quality and environmental management system followed from the client in order to acquire the certification or the registration required.
Defined company scope and objective, headed members, monitored work progress, and delivered active support to achieve set goals. Delegated work responsibilities to staff and formulated budget to ensure seamless working.
Maintained proper check and balance on company’s progress towards adequate management and resolutions of minor or major issue, retaining excellent service quality. Adopted business technical development initiatives to acclimatise with the market changes. Collaborated with project team to streamline and continue projects functions and shared progress with project manager on regular intervals. Facilitated clients in formulating and employing a high business performance plan by defining and drafting key performance indicators.

Meeting with fellow engineer from different departments to write down an action plan. Following implementation of the projects, meeting with the foremen and workers every morning as well as supervising their work. Quality control for the projects. Coordination with other departments; Civil, Electrical departments; to ensure controlling the performance of the project manager and the project consultant (Advisor)

Project: Improvement of water transmission pipelines efficiency at different locations in Jordan
* Applied best practices and procedures to significantly enhance water transmission pipelines efficiency at different locations in Jordan, assuring access to clean water for Syrian refugees and local communities.
Project: Improvement & upgrading of “Mukiftah - Al-Mafraq Governorate” critical water transmission 2018
• Successfully enhanced efficiency of water transmission pipelines with total length of 4.362km.
Project: “Beshriyyeh - Al-Mafraq Governorate” filling point rehabilitation” 2018
• Led and monitored construction and installation of an elevated water tank with 2 filling points.
Project: Improvement & upgrading of “Menyasah - Al-Mafraq Governorate” critical water transmission line system, 2017
• Improved water transmission pipelines efficiency with total length of 1.01km.
Project: Improvement & upgrading of “Beshriyyeh - Al-Mafraq Governorate” water transmission line system, 2017
• Upgraded efficiency of water transmission pipelines with total length of 6.61km.
Project: Improvement & upgrading of “Um-Enna’am - Al-Mafraq Governorate” critical water transmission line system, 2017

Project: Hilton Dead Sea Resort and Spa

Implemented best practices and simplified procedures to assure system operational components fulfills client’s minimum standards. Formulated a business-mechanical feasibility plan, including forecasted cost in line with client’s budget.
Carried out design study and shop drawing to guarantee mechanical systems matches business needs as per available capacity and ASHRAE standards as well as amended design according to site installation and specification. Adeptly drafted a business/product needs assessment and quantity survey. Kept proper check and balance on all mechanical processes and systems to ensure fulfilment of all designs in line with stakeholders’ specification and requirements. Produced detailed operational and installation manuals and submitted to the stakeholder at the end of the project.

• Augmented commissioning process that aided in checking, inspecting, and testing every mechanical operational components of the project from single functions to complex integrations.
