a. Scrutinizing the New life Insurance proposals as per the company's underwriting guidelines and KYC & AML requirements.
b. Following up with channel Managers and the Branches operations for closure of pending raised from the underwriting team for Issuance of the policies.
c. Fixing the medicals with the Service providers (TPA) for the clients for whom the medicals raised by the underwriting team and following the same up to the reports reach to HO.
d. Processing the cheque bounces.
e. Processing the Policy Owner Service (POS) requests of the customers.

g. Handling the Advisors and channel Manager Queries.
h. Calling to customer regarding the renewal payments due and to advisors regarding the pendings for the new submissions and also the renewals.
