Duties:
- Manage all aspects of RFQs from analyzing client specifications to assessing risks of required solution
- Adapt equipment and/or service to application in question
- Check feasibility and execution of equipment with the production department
- Propose new solutions with the consent of R&D department, if needed
- Consult suppliers for quotations of auxiliary components needed
- Prepare offers based on analysis done and client requirement
- Support sales managers technically and commercially
- Communicate directly with clients by organizing technical and commercial clarification meetings with them
- Conduct Kick-Off Meetings with clients upon award
- Act as a focal point between the manufacturing plant, the project team and the client
- Attend progress review meetings with clients regularly
- Represent the company in exhibitions and market its products

Duties:
- Understand the needs of clients in terms of pumps, spare parts and service
- At receipt of RFQs, study the technical specs, prepare the offer, answer clarification requests and ensure compliance to technical and commercial aspects
- Handle all sales orders acknowledgment
- Manage customized/engineered projects
- Maintain regular communication with the logistics department regarding deliverables and stock availability
- Support subsidiaries and distributors in preparation of offers and meeting with clients
- Upon receipt of purchase orders, carry out the hand over (technical and commercial) to the project management team
- Follow-up on pending payments from customers in coordination with the finance department
- Register all relevant information including purchase orders in CRM
- Coordinate relevant updates of activities and pending work actions on a periodical basis with the Sales Managers
Sales Support:
- Promote and market pumps and process equipment within the region
- Generate leads, visit existing and potential clients in KSA
- Set the annual sales target for the country in coordination with the management
- Report periodically the sales activities
- Manage the distributor and key accounts

Duties:
- Develop, evaluate, and propose engineered solutions to customers and consultants in line with the project requirements and budget
- Maintain an accurate customer database and stay up-to-date on their projects and activities
- Build strong and high quality service-based relationships with contractors and consultants.
- Visit existing and potential clients to promote company products
- Prepare hydraulic calculations, pump selection and material submittals, and attend technical meetings with concerned engineers
- Attend commercial negotiation meetings, and manage contracts for services and equipment supply

- Provide technical support on designs and work in parallel with consultants/contractors to secure projects

- Update customers data base on the CRM and explore new leads
- Develop and maintain strong business and personal relationships with clients to ease the flow of leads and secure new projects

Duties:
- Promote services through different channels to meet customers’ needs
- Attract customers by providing outstanding service and persuade them to buy products/services
- Motivate ex-customers to reactivate their subscriptions with the company

Duties:
- Fulfill customers’ needs and troubleshoot their technical problems
- Manage calls gently and professionally
- Activate set of GSM services with comprehensive knowledge of such services
- Follow-up customers problems and complaints by coordinating with the relevant technical teams
