• Overseeing preparation of shop Drawings and getting approvals based on the project specifications
• Proposing design changes where necessary as per QCS
• Preparing Method statements and material submittals and getting them approved
• Preparing BOQs for the project
• Monitoring site work and ensuring execution as per the approved method statement
• Meeting with clients, consultant and main contractors discussing the progress, work program and all sorts of technical issues
• Coordinating with Suppliers and ensuring that material order is as per the project requirements
• Overseeing operation and maintenance of Building Management Systems(BMS) at different sites
• Ensuring on-time maintenance of HVAC Systems including Chillers and Rooftop Packaged AC Units
• Coordinating with Clients, Main Contractors, consultants and other maintenance contractors to streamline the work flow
• Performing complete inspections and making reports of HVAC Systems before taking over of the new sites
• Proposing design changes in the machines to the clients and the suppliers for better result in their operations
• Providing technical supports in all matters related to Electrical Engineering
