Fore-knowledge of company quality, health, safety, security, and environmental policies, procedures, reporting requirements for safe construction of the project.
Familiar with fabrication, erection, pipe, pipeline, spools, supports, pre punch, hydro test and pneumatic test. Paving, sever line, Civil, asphalt, E&I, man hole FDN structural, duck bank, cable trench.
In-depth experience in fabrication, erection pipeline, pipe, steel structure, static equipments, tanks & boiler etc. By referring API, ASME, & AISC code.
Provide technical advice and field verification of site query with sub- contractors according to project specification and international code.
Responsible for the management, Organization and direction of all sites activities relating to Construction, field engineering, Subcontract supervision and administration, Site safety, Security engineering and Project liaison.
Contractor representative and reporting directly, firstly to the Project Director and then to the Managing Director.
Responsible for all projects from concept, through budget approval to handover and I planned and set up several Framework agreements for engineering and construction work and instigated the introduction of new project management systems.
I have overseen the successful and cost effective expansion of the projects department from almost nothing to a significant working team, working in close cooperation with Construction, Operations, and other departments.
Direct manage project development from beginning to end. Responsible for invoice claims, client timely approvals and payment realization.
Draft submits budget proposals; recommend subsequently budget changes where necessary.
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Maintain minimum manpower level at all times and effectively coordinate with HR Department for this need.
Identifies critical engineering and procurement deliverables and ensure their incorporation in the construction schedule (S), in order to ensure that construction’s demand are maintained and achieved.
Carry along the construction teams for the implementation and execution of construction works in each interior location. This includes ensuring that all construction works are carried out as per company standards, specification, with quality assurance and HSE requirements. Liaise with company on matters relating to design changes, construction, quality and HSE and its functioning.
Provides technical and administrative direction to all field staff.
Interface with all members of the Project team on a daily basis.
Direct contacts with client representatives in relation to construction safety, security, camp activities, engineering, costs schedules and progress reports.
Management, leadership, decision - making, problem solving and organizational skills.
Through knowledge of construction activities as related to engineering disciplines, cost and scheduling and contract administration.
Solid background and expertise on EPC Projects - specifically on Oil / Gas, LNG, Power Plant Utility offsite, PTA aromatic plant, Petrochemical and Fertilizer Company, Refinery and / or infrastructure type Projects.
Performs personal evaluation for subordinate personal.
Ensures that subordinate personnel receive progressive training.
Independently to handle Engineering, Procurement & construction of Oil & Gas Projects, especially exposure required in EPC of upstream & Downstream facilities.
Responsible for contract owner of assigned Project and responsible for cost & cash flow / budget control and schedule control.
Vast idea in the utilization and Implementation of American and British Codes of Standards, P & ID, Piping, pipeline layouts, Isometrics, Piping, pipeline Class, STD Pipe Supports etc.
