Supervise all accounting related matters, including, AP, AR, fixed assets, and GL
Verify reconciliation of general ledger with different accounts and prepare financial reports
Assist in annual audit process, Provide supporting audit evidence and respond to auditor’s queries
VAT Reconciliation, detail check on Input & Output VAT entries, especially for Reverse Charge Mechanism.

Working alongside the General Manager ensuring the smooth daily operations of the company, swiftly resolving any arising issues and tasks with achieving company targets and objectives
Maintain and update multiple accounts according to different sub-contractors
Handle Bank Accounts and Monthly Bank Reconciliation
Producing monthly financial reports, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
Approve the order for necessary goods and services

Control Procurement department, i.e. Requisition approval, Material price and quality management, and purchase order placement, supplier and vendors payment

Checking receipt vouchers, Payment vouchers, and Post-dated Cheques, day book, Ledger posted, Debtors, Creditors & handling Petty Cash
Monthly basis Accounts analysis by bank Accounts and preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement
Analyzes the project based costing, planning, budgeting, forecasting and scheduling
Liaison with bank for guarantees and performance bond.
Issuance of LPO and follow up with the supplier for the delivery of material on time.
Preparing end-of-month accounts, including: balance sheet and bank reconciliations, maintenance of fixed-asset ledgers, cash flow statements and analysis of profit & loss statements.
Assisting with annual audit processes, including gathering supporting audit evidence and responding to auditor queries.
Payment to suppliers on monthly basis by reviewing the bank position of the company.
Sourcing the most affordable materials for the company’s manufacturing process.
