• Produced the technical design along with accurate BOM (Aruba WLAN, Airwave and ClearPass), cost estimates, and resource allocation.
• Managed the day-to-day operations including pre-sales activities that include customer meetings, awareness sessions, site surveys, POC, WLAN Design, WLAN and ClearPass Sizing
• Developed requirements for WLAN network configuration, optimization, routers, firewalls, and related security and network devices - taking the services from customer kick-off meetings until customer signoff stage.
• Maintained and improved network operations and provided support to the network while ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

• Provided technical support for Installation, Commissioning of Ericsson RBS6201 & RBS6102 and Nokia Flexi Multi radio BTS as well as 2G and WCDMA and LTE and integration 2G WCDMA and Node-B.
• Managed daily field operational activities, including calibrating, testing, servicing, maintaining and troubleshooting systems and external alarms for sites.
• Carried out sweep test (VSWR & DTF), monitoring and fixation of VSWR by using Anritsu site master. Ascertained all relevant practices and procedures are followed and adhered to on each project site.
• Supervised projects, performed site surveys, estimated staff and resources, tools and equipment to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the customer’s requirements in addition to recording site progress for submitting to customer and management.
