Core responsibilities:
 Testing and commissioning the HVAC/BMS panels on site.
 Prepare manpower and work schedules and alternative contingencies and ensure that approved schedules are followed strictly until project handover.
 Conducting the final inspection with the consultant till the final acceptance of the system.
 Arrange and /or conduct client training when required.
 Prepare Operation and Maintenance Manuals whenever required.
 Provide detailed information and submittals to communicate design and operation to customers, consultants and companies.
 Conduct site surveys of customer sites and plan and design system implementation.
 Generate control Concept for Client HVAC equipment.
 Participate in Techno-commercial discussions with Customer & to prepare complete offer in the standard presentation format.
 Established and maintain strategic alliance with the customers.
 Act independently and coordinate with others to meet the intent of the project requirements within given time frame
