Role:
Manage a team of 2 Web Developers, 2 HCM Consultant, 1 SCM Consultant, 1 Jr. Financial and 1 Sr. DBA 1 Sr. Developer
Spearheading execution of projects from the stage of creating & managing budgets to keeping close track of delivery related schedules and updating stakeholders; driving completion of projects within budgeted cost & schedule
Performing review of business process flow, mapping of business requirements (As-Is & To-Be Analysis), identifying gaps, converting business requirements into functional design documents & technical specifications, custom developments, data migration, master data management & solution delivery
Contributing to the design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of the solutions
Creating a budget for ERP Section
Performing impact analysis and proposing technical solutions for the enhancement requests
Working with Onsite & Client teams to implement the changes and resolve the technical issues resulting post-implementation; performing Unit Testing & System Integration Testing including managing communications with the client, defects root cause analysis, and defects resolution
Building & managing the overall project plan, risk assessment plans, communication plans, individual task plans, schedule, and budget; works collaboratively with other managers and staff to develop planning tools and standards
Communicating project key objectives, critical path milestones, and overall project status to internal and external senior management; initiating actions to identify and resolve project problems/issues
Preparing & executing quality assurance assessments; reporting to management mitigating steps and actions are taken to ensure project success and quality
Taking part in client discussions; building rapport with customer & managing customer relationships

Played a key role in:
o Conceptualizing & introducing a solution aimed at consolidation of financial statements between asymmetric organizations (different ledgers, segments & COAs) (per activity, company & group) and driving a smooth implementation of the same for the group
o Introducing new technical & functional solutions for business needs within budgetary limits
o Customizing a solution for approving employees’ record updates
o Creating document flows for both paperwork and application transactions
Established new ways for:
o Access per project and division for financial reporting
o Payment Batch between Financial Dept. and Cash & Bank Dept. thereby enabling documentation by Oracle through SR “Not Possible without Customization”
o History tracking for HR & Payroll updates and approval of update.
