I currently manage 39 million Riyal portfolio of top tier clients in the eastern region of Saudi arabia while maintaining and complying with SAMA and CCHI regulation to achieve and enhance business objectives and expectations. As an relationship manager, I have been able to build up my communication skills in order to better liaison and alignment within the organization and with clients for a better business results.
My key responsibilities are to: develop new strategies to increase sales through contracts with vendors within Saudi Arabia and negotiate discounts; create and lead training programs for salesmen and customer care representatives in order to increase our CSI; conduct surveys and studies for current products and develop new ones based on demands and competition; prospect new corporate clients through daily visits and reach out to current clients for more sales as well as meeting monthly quota; meet and greet customers on daily basis at our headquarter to solve their issues and receive their suggestions.
My duties as a representative of Saudis in USA in Lubbock consist of: communication with incoming Saudi students before and after arrival to either the United States or Lubbock Area; research the students’ needs of housing, shopping centers and restaurants prior to their arrival; offering airport pick-ups and hotel accommodations until students’ settlement; and providing tours on Texas Tech University’s campus as well as Lubbock attractions.
After an intensive three-day-training session led by Mr. Tim Tivis at the Reagor Dykes Pinnacle Training University, I was assigned to work at the Reagor-Dykes Ford and Lincoln store in Plainview, TX. My duties consisted of answering online leads, coordinating with the management for availability of vehicles and financing. I also processed sales and delivered vehicles after closing the deals. During my internship, I managed to meet the monthly quota of sales and to be the top Sales Professional between Ford, Lincoln, Toyota and Chevrolet stores for the month of July with 23 units sold. I also acted as the General Manager's Assistant and helped with out high-profile customers.
My duty was but not limited to meet every Friday with the instructor to evaluate assignments and tests. I also assisted instructor during office hours when several students are present at the same time for doubts and clarification; provided suggestions to instructor to improve learning experience for students; administered exams and quizzes throughout the semester and most importantly the final exam.
While working 20 hours a week under the supervision of assistant professors and graduate students, I identified and classified soils where culverts were built using Web Soil Survey database from U.S. Department of Agriculture . I also verified data gathered from Texas Department of Transportation for culverts built before 1985 for culvert load accuracy.
