• Participates in development of the RAKAN’s strategic plan and overall annual business plans, as per the CEO’s directives.

• Conduct a more in depth analysis of the HR function to identify areas of strength and weakness and where improvements may be needed. It will provide direction and recommend the courses of action to be taken to ensure compliance with ever-changing laws, rules and regulations.

• Administration of recruitment day to-day activities and processes.
• Handle all compensation and benefits allotment/assignments against posts, including the work-around with Personnel and Staff Development Departments
• Discuss/Coordinate with management about manpower planning activities. Relay manpower plans and implement the layout for effective implementation.

• Prepares the required job duties and responsibilities, the availability of eligible applicants within a recruitment pool, and special recruitment needs for each vacant position.
• Performs applicant screening to determine which applicants meet minimum required qualifications and are eligible for consideration.
• Contacts short-listed candidates to set up interviews to facilitate and ensure the selection of the most suitable candidate for the post.
