• Documenting the meetings of the Board of Directors, preparing, designing and drafting the minutes of the meetings and the discussions and deliberations they contain, documenting the Board's decisions and voting results, keeping them in a special organized record, and signing and documenting the minutes.
• Keeping and coordinating the reports submitted to the Board of Directors and the reports prepared by the Board, including the quarterly and annual reports.
• Providing the members of the Board of Directors with all the necessary information related to the work of the Board of Directors and which is one of the functions of its work, including: The Board's agenda, working papers, documents and information related to it and any documents or additional information requested by any of the Board members related to the topics included in the meeting agenda and a copy of the Board meeting minutes and information and documents related to the company.
• Ensuring the members' commitment and adherence to the procedures approved by the Board of Directors in its system and submitting reports thereon.
• Coordinating the communication between the members of the Board of Directors, especially with regard to coordinating the dates of meetings, and informing the members of the dates of the Board meetings, well in advance of their specified date.
• Coordination among the members of the Board of Directors with regard to raising the efficiency of the meetings' outputs and presenting them in a distinguished professional manner, which contributes to the speed and efficiency of decision-making.
• Organizing the record of disclosures of the members of the Board of Directors and the data of all members in accordance with the procedures required under the Companies Law and its implementing regulations.
• Preparing and developing reports related to the decisions of the Board of Directors and presenting them to the Chairman of the Board when needed.
• Develop and prepare all legal documents and legal policies/procedures as well as legal review of the policies/procedures of the Board of Directors, Governance and its committees, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws.
• Organizing and following up the work and meetings of the committees emanating from the Board of Directors, submitting periodic reports on that to the Board, and organizing their agendas, outputs and business results according to the best applications.
• Coordinating meeting schedules throughout the year, and ensuring that all members receive the calendar of scheduled annual meetings.
• Informing the Board of Directors and the other committees assigned to it of important developments related to the new procedural and legal regulations in the field of work of similar companies and coordinating with legal specialists in order to achieve the integrity of the decision’s outputs.

Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the internet. Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Responsible for the management of multiple information and communications systems and projects, including data, and office automation. Maintain and implements user-training programs.
