• Manage Projects effectively from start to end.
• Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the stakeholder.
• Develop ITIL subject matter expertise and therefore maintain, improve, integrate, measure, and report on operational processes performance.
• Heavily involved in process evolution, to develop and implement a continual service improvement cycle across all operational processes.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Manage a team on DBAs in different countries.
• To manage application hosting. Including identifying future infrastructure needs, current trends and design and creating proof of concepts on solutions to align with the functional strategy
• To implement configuration management. Including, planning and creating company's infrastructure designs and configurations adhering to industry best practices and aligning with the function strategy.
• Design Disaster recovery and business continuity plans(Availability Management).
• Develop business intelligence solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services.
• manage business process that is related to architecting Infrastructure, and support team activities and availability within the site, so that team members work in the most optimum way.
• Responsible for ensuring the delivery of a robust and effective solution as well as provision of effective and regular communication to stakeholders, as detailed within the project controls.
• organize and support the team to track project deliverables; to ensure successful results
• act as the point for all communications related to Solution architect, both with internal and external stakeholders, including Services Level Agreements, performance, service targets, human factor and management issues, so that all queries are dealt with and information is given and reported.
• Seamless migration of the application portfolio to hosted infrastructure.
• write technical proposals and RFPs.
• Serve as technical expert for MS-SQL Server database design and support issues.
• Define deployment procedures and schedules.
