Responsible for brand development
channel sales for mobile and consumer electronics products in Qatar
•Developing annual & gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing / new products; analyzing trends & results, establishing pricing strategies, recommending selling prices and monitoring costs, competition, supply & demand
•Achieving marketing & sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing & evaluating advertising and promotion programs
•Locating marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, strengths & weaknesses and establishing targeted market share
•Improving product marketability & profitability by researching, identifying & capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging and coordinating new product development

Key Responsibilities
•In-charge for entire LG brand & Recently key multibrand as mentioned above, responsible for overall activities of all product’s management in Qatar including channel developments in OR & IR segment as well as B2B segment.
•Functioning as a Head of Corporate Brand Communication.
•Exploring and venturing for new business avenues through cross promotions/ tie-ups resulting in business development
•Handling all LG product sales & marketing- LG TV, AV, REF, WM, MW, VC, RAC, CAC, IT, MOB( till it was made available by LG), etc.
•Associated with top management panel for strategic planning in video home for new business ideas
•Spearheading the overall management for LG brand including Sections- LG Air conditioners/LCD/LED, Plasma TV, Audio-Video, Mobiles, Notebooks, Computers, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Drier, Airpurifier, cooker, etc.
•Managing ATL & BTL Activities for LG Brand in Qatar
•Accountable for increasing market share in all the leading hypermarkets in Qatar, Like Carrefour, Lulu Group, Sharaf DG Geant Stores, Safari Hyper, Emax- Landmark group etc.
•Developing and improving retail sales through 16 company owned jumbo retail chain in Qatar
•Evolving and promoting project sales and increasing dealer channel sales for LG in Qatar
•Liaising with LG Dubai HQ for GCC for entire LG product range including B2B & Commercial ACs
•Implementing LG policies and maintaining corporate communication with LG head Office
•Assessing sales & purchase forecasting and formulating budgets & planning
•Handing marketing budgets & activities plan for the year
•Designing advertising plans & implementing it with media plan for LG all sections for the year
