Job Responsibilities:
Schedule Preparation for Erection activities.
Maintaining time schedules.
Preparation of safe erection plan.
Planning for Heavy Equipment’s for Erection Activities as per requirement.
Taking care of Technical Issues with client and Team
Ensuring all the activities are performed in accordance with company or client HSE rules.
Managing & controlling all activities at site by coordinating with Supervisors & Foremen.
Ensuring with Team for maintaining proper discipline and coordinating EHS group for following Safety Rules
& Regulation at site.
Knowledge in safety practices.
Offering for Inspections and necessary involvement for Approvals.

Functional Area: Fabrication & Erection of Heavy Coke Storage Structure of 2x2500MT at Jubail Export
Refinery and King Fahd Industrial Port.
Supervising the Erection activities of Belt Conveyor from Refinery to Industrial Port
Jubail Export Refinery, Saudi Aramco Total Refinery And Petrochemicals. Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities:
* Studying and understanding the Drawings before start of execution.
* Study feasibility of erection as per the isometric drawings, reporting deviations if any.
* Providing Safe work permits to contractor for field execution & supervise the job.
* Preparing & tracking micro plans of priority items to erection
* Preparing of engineering report on Daily progress, weekly and monthly report
* Monitoring progress reports and submitting to higher official.
* Maintaining time schedules
* Implementing corrective actions on internal quality audit reports
* Knowledge on planning.
* Knowledge in safety practices.
* Ensuring proper storage of material by contractor & no mix up.
* Fit up checking, weld visual inspection.
* Ensure all activities are covered in Risk-assessment.
* Verification of measurements submitted by contractor for billing.
* Ensuring housekeeping at site
ENGINEER - MECHANICAL
Erection of HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator)
366MW COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT, LANCO KONDAPALLI POWER PLANT -
UNIT III, KONDAPALLI, VIJAYAWADA
Job Responsibilities:
* Study and understand the Drawings before start of execution.
* Complete involved in erection activities of Structure, Pressure Parts and Non-Pressure Parts.
* Study feasibility of erection as per the isometric drawings, reporting deviations if any.
* Maintaining time schedule
* Assigning work to lead men on priority basis.
* Inspecting the work as per the drawing.
* Raising RFI to client
* Taking care of Technical Issues with client and Team.
* Ensuring housekeeping at site
* Preparation of Monthly Bills, submitting and follow-ups with Client. Verifying of measurements submitted by
contractor for billing.
* Preparation of hydro testing scheme.
* Implementing corrective actions on internal quality audit reports
* Ensuring proper storage of material by contractor & no mix up.
* Fit up checking, weld visual inspection.
* Ensure certification of Portable powered tools

Job Responsibilities:
* Reviewing of drawing and monitored production schedule.
* Preparing weekly plan for production schedules
* Procuring monitored and controlled material and consumable for project.
* Work allocation to contractor and priority bases
* Discussion with engineers and contractor related to Technical Issues.
* Complete Involvement in Erection activities of Steel Structure, Pressure Parts, Non-Pressure Parts and Main
Stack.
* Involved in NDT (DPT, RT)
* Involved in conducting Welder Qualification Tests
* Preparing Monthly Billing
* Material follow-ups from suppliers and contractors.

ENGINEER - MECHANICAL
Functional Area: Fabrication & Erection of Turbine Generator Building of 63MW Thermal Power Plant, S.V
Power plant, Korba, Chhattisgarh.
Job Responsibilities:
* Assigning work to Foremen on priority basis.
* Inspecting the work as per the drawing.
* Raising RFI to Client
* Involved in Inspection.
* Taking care of Technical Issues with Client and Team
* Preparation of Monthly Bills and Verification of Bills submitted by contractors as per production
Functional Area: Fabrication, Assembly, Erection & Commissioning of Bulk Material Handling System (Fuel &
Ash Handling System).
Job Responsibilities:
* Work allocation to contractor on priority bases
* Planning and execution of work
* Inspecting the work as per the drawing
* Taking care of technical issues with contractor and the team
* Major involvement in Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning activities of conveyors and its equipments
