Participated in a research project funded by KFAS. For this Project I have been responsible for:

• Designed a research chamber to test a novel HVAC system of an Impinging Jet Ventilation (IJV) system with a radiative cooling wall panel.
• Led and managed a team responsible for constructing the research chamber, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
• Conducted the full experimental setup, including equipment calibration, data acquisition, and iterative improvements to optimize system performance.
• Collaborated in the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modeling of the experiment to validate the results, contributing to further refinements of the HVAC system.

• Contributed to the advancement of knowledge in the field of Mechanical Engineering by presenting and publishing a conference paper at the 8th International Conference on Energy Research and Development (ICERD-8) organized by ASHRAE.
• Will participate in two future conferences: the 2025 ASHRAE Winter Conference to be held in Orlando, Florida, February 8-12, 2025, and ASHRAE’s Third International Conference on Energy and Indoor Environment for Hot Climates to be held in Qatar, April 23-24, 2025, producing three conference papers.

Participated in two research projects funded by KFAS. For these projects I have been
responsible for:

• Leading and managing a team responsible for constructing the research chamber,
ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
• Conducting the full experimental setup, including equipment calibration, data
acquisition, and iterative improvements to optimize system performance.
• Collaborating in the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modeling of the
experiment to validate the results, contributing to further refinements of the HVAC
system.

Served as a Teaching Assistant for two mechanical engineering courses during the Spring
2026 semester — one graduate-level and one undergraduate — supporting student
learning in core HVAC and environmental engineering topics. For these courses I have
been involved in the following activities:
• Assisting in the delivery of the graduate-level Air Conditioning course, covering
advanced cooling load analysis, psychrometrics, duct design, and HVAC system
fundamentals.
• Supporting instruction for the undergraduate Refrigerants and the Environment
course, addressing refrigerant properties, environmental impact, ozone depletion,
and sustainable cooling practices.
• Conducting tutorial and problem-solving sessions to reinforce theoretical concepts
and guide students through practical applications.
• Holding regular office hours to clarify course material and assist students with
assignments and project work.
• Grading homework, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback to support
student progress.
• Preparing supplementary instructional material and example problems aligned with
course learning outcomes.

Sustainability & Energy Efficiency Third International Conference on Energy

Worked at the Extension of Al Adan Hospital as a Design and Site Engineer. For this Project I have been involved in the following activities:

• Design of HVAC System (Ducts/Water Pipes sizing)
• Calculating the External Static Pressure of the HVAC System (AHUs, HRUs, Fans, etc...)
• Preparing items log and initiating material submittal, approval and order.
• Preparation of shop drawings in coordination with other disciplines.
• Ducting fabrication, Installation and testing.

Worked at the Extension of Al Adan Hospital as a Design and Site Engineer. For this
project I have been involved in the following activities:
• Design of HVAC system (ducts/water pipes sizing).
• Calculating the external static pressure of the HVAC system (AHUs, HRUs, fans, etc.).
• Preparing items log and initiating material submital, approval and order.
• Preparation of shop drawings in coordination with other disciplines.
• Ducting fabrication, installation and testing.

Worked at the Environment Public Authority of Kuwait (EPA) as a maintenance engineer. My responsibilities included:

• Oversaw daily operations to ensure high levels of productivity.
• Improved operations through consistent hard work and dedication.
• Offered friendly and efficient service to all customers, handled challenging situations with ease.
• Developed and implemented performance improvement strategies and plans to promote continuous improvement.
• Managed team of 14 employees, overseeing hiring, training, and professional growth of employees.
• Proved successful working within tight deadlines and fast-paced atmosphere.
