As a member of the Al- MADKOUR's Group in Project Management Office, I primarily assigned to support the management of the AIS Substations Plants construction projects with primary focus on the Planning and Project Control aspects. I also involved with Contract management and settlement of various Contractors' claims, responsible for the technical and engineering disciplines needed along the project life cycle starting from the design phase till the manufacturing and delivery. You coordinate project- and design reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements according to defined project’s standards and customer requirements throughout all stages of the Quality-gate process.
