Workshop Manager
* Building & implementing the Automobile Maintenance for - Passenger vehicle I Light Duty truck involves optimized of maintenance tasks recommended by the manufacturer.
* Preparation of line & major maintenance check schedules along with material requirements for Passenger Vehicle and light duty truck- Involves listing of various systems & structure related tasks, requires extensive study & analysis of various maintenance manuals provided by the manufacture.
Pay attention to customer request while in receipt of vehicle and delivery
Solve problems related to the repair or delay
Assist staff to perform well in customer service
Work under pressure and finish the work done
After approval from insurance start the accident repair, damage parts
Complete the function of the workshop supervisor in the absence prevented to leave
Writing report to management
Assist insurance claim department and give to him technical support
Handling supervisor work in his absence and done in the best way
Handling workshop requirement like tools, paint materials, paint booth maintenance
Two posts and four posts lift maintenance, chassis bench pump
Arrange technician annual leave,
Provide the best service to client and to avoid the indiscriminate
The acquisition of new customers of the branch and get biggest share in the market.
Overall provide customer satisfaction and achieve company target
