 Coordination of all activities related to the issuance of Service contracts on a Project level, assisting in establishing supplier / proposal evaluation criteria, providing direction or aiding in the management of competitive bidding process, leading or participating in negotiations with suppliers, recommending contract awards, and providing guidance pertaining to the management of new supplier transitions.
 Identification of opportunities for cost reduction through contract improvements, contract consolidation and the potential for inclusion of additional services in the outsourcing portfolio.
 Facilitating contract review meetings with suppliers and operations teams to measure supplier performance against Key Performance Indicators and to identify opportunities for service improvements
 Providing support on Project competitive bids and coordinating reciprocal feedback between Strategic Procurement and the Operational Clients.
 Providing ongoing support and training as required to all direct reports on procurement policies, processes and contract management.
 Gain a thorough understanding of SNC-Lavalin O&M’s procurement policy and provide procurement process training across all Strategic Client Units.
 Respond to quality management issues and supplier performance concerns.
 Prepare, Analysis, Evaluate Contractor Price List Agreement (PLA) and draft recommendation
 Prepare Analysis and recommendation of Service Level Agreement Reports (SLA).
 Establishing and negotiating corporate discounts with potential Suppliers/service providers
 Target market testing of contractors quotations
 Requesting offers for O&M
 Close Monitoring of budget expenditure on Corrective Maintenance (CM) work order through ERP and JDE
 Providing cost effective quotation for operations.
 Preparation of PO in both clients ERP system and JD Edwards.
 Updating the vender list on weekly basis.
 Negotiation on the lowest prices offer.
 Internal auditor and doing auditing for every six month to other departments.
