As a Vice General Manager - projects, I worked with projects in civil engineering namely projects related to residential, hospitality, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This gave me an in-depth understanding of business in this area. I am responsible for bringing the projects from tendering stage to final implementation and handing over the stage. My duties included but not limited to the following:
• Oversee day-to-day operations by Supervise and monitor Project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on-time completion.
• Design strategy and set goals for growth, Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts.
• Lead the Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms with Employers and external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

• Review the track project programs, identify potential delays, Participate in the execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects including the development of plans, schedules, contracts, procedures, and construction methods to keep projects on track.
• Deploy all projects management team and technical staff.
• Follow up and evaluate the project’s cost to control the project's budget at the minimum without compromising quality and efficiency.
• Manage litigations and disputes (arbitrations & local court).
• Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.
