• As Project Management Ofice: to insure executing of all projects within budget and as per project plan, step in for help or correction in case of obstacles.
• As D&E (Design & Estimation): to supervise and approve the design and costing of tendering proposals.
• As Contract Management: to review and approve all projects contract, manage all executing project contracts. Achievements:
• As Project Management Ofice: improve in project delivery as per plan and budget with no financial delays penalty allaying with projects contract improve in relation and reputation with clients, (there was a case were a project for a hotel in Jeddah delayed, so we classify it as hot and review its plan and assign more manpower to achieve)
• As D&E (Design & Estimation): improve in design and costing of tendering proposals with no missing items or manpower costing.
• As Contract Management by reviewing contracts to be complies with what proposed as; scope, deliverable, project plan and good terms & condition, all that reduce dispute and penalty, as well there was some cases for dispute with clients on scope or deliverable during project process like (YASREF, R.C YANBU, SAIPM, SADARA) that mitigations within approved budget to gain client satisfaction, or at project handover.

• Plan, organize, direct and supervise the activities of the Princes NORA Utilities Department to insure deliverable within budget and without penalties.
• Accomplish the mobilization to become steady and stable project. Achievements: as the project were late as per project plan and there were many short of manpower and lake of maintenance materials and tools
• Accomplish the mobilization, hiring and delivery of required maintenance materials in 45 days.
• Project invoice became normal after 90.
• Less backlogs, less client complains.

My assignment with the National Power and Water Company was:  Profit & Loss Management.  Participate in international project tenders.  Create a business model that includes selection of successful partners to be in our consortium as a project management, strategic partners, service providers and subcontractors (their profile should comply with capability in; technical, financial, quality, health & safety codes).  Supervise and monitor the technical and financial propose of the tender, define the scope of work and the profit shares, be the interface between the client and the partners / consortium, arranging with the banks for project grantees, finally my role ends by receiving final letter of intent / awarding contract. Achievements: as the projects were either international or with international parties : Participate in two international project tenders with total amount of ~ 220M USD;
• The first project was in Al Yemen for 127MW power plant Final Letter of Intent received.
• The second project funded by Saudi fund of development in Mauretania for 540KM overhead transmission line LOT1 contract received.
• Selecting project partners and negotiating contracting terms.
• Participating in drafting contracts for: consortium agreement, define the scope for each consortium member, define the financial project model for the project and for the consortium members, coordinating with all parties participating in the project

• Since 1/3/2006 to 24/5/2209 balance of plant technical advice in Shoaiba & Rabigh power plants (Desalination plants, chlorination plants, H2 plants, Demineralization plants). Achievements: A. Technical Case study for Rabigh power plant MSF Desalination units, for units condition assessment and improvement recommendations. B. Review Design Data and design parameter for MED Desalination units in Shoaiba power plant extension III
• Since 24/5/2009 to 2010 QA&QC and Approved Vendor list responsible for Shoaiba extension III power plant, it is a 3 billion U$ project cost by ALSTOM Co.

SENIOR SHIFT SUPERVISOR à MARAFIQ COMPANY YANBU ALSYNAIH

electricity and sea water from the red sea to the plants in the MYAS Madinat Yanbu Alsynaih industries complex to be used as medium further more potable and process water to the plants and MYAS. I worked for maintenance for three years and for operation for more than seven years all over the plant as Senior Shift Supervisor in pump house & tank farm, desal, gas turbine and steam turbine. Note: that plant was belonging to ROYAL COMMISSION Yanbu project then it was transferred to MARAFIQ company since 1/1/2003 G. (The plant was 11 intake pumps (7 * 50000 m³/h + 4 * 25000 m³/h), (8 * 60 + 1 * 70 MW) gas turbine 7F (HITACHI design by GE) with 4 HRSG, (4 *120 MW) steam turbine, (9 * 560 m³/h) MSF desal units, 4 tanks to store heavy full oil, 4 tanks to store light full oil, 9 tanks to Store Acid, 3 tanks to store caustic, 3 tanks to store the process water, 3 tanks to store the potable water, co2 gas production plant, lime plant for the potable water treatment, H2 gas production plant and seawater Chlorination unites for the seawater treatment ) During working in Maintenance Department I was responsible for:
• Heavy equipment workshop engineer with 3 foreman and 25 technicians.
• Vibration measurement.
• Balancing for rotating machinery with 2 techs.
• Steam Turbine Generator precise assignment for 9 Months as Maintenance Engineer with 2 foremen, And 40 technicians. Achievements:
• With the help of R.E team, we were able to reduce the balancing time of the force draft fan in the STG plant from 2 working weeks to one and half working day.
• In charge position of maintenance dept. in PD & SCD Yanbu Project for 2 days 27-28 Rabi Ι /1419 H Weekend.
• In charge position of maintenance dept. in PD & SCD Yanbu Project for 2 Days 22-23/Jumada Ι/1418H Weekend.
• In charge position of industrial division for the Industrial city in PD&SCD Yanbu project for 2 days 22-23\Jmad 1\1418 H Weekend.
• I did a case study in seawater Chlorination Unit cells which is damage after acid flashing with sulfamic acid. NOTE: The Royal Commission Evaluation for first year there was no Eva, the next three years were V.good then the next three years were Excellent, and with MARAFIQ the last three years were independent.
