Working in Saudi Arabia from 05-05-2011 as a head of HSE department in a company ( HIT Group) which has four divisions ( Steel fabrication division ., Hot dip Galvanizing division, Ready mix concreate plant and Civil construction division)
I am responsible for the all these divisions as HSE head and responsible for following activities:-
01. preparing and updating HSE mannual and procedure as per ISO and international standards requirements, planning programs, Developing HSE management system, Supervising HSE meetings, implementing and reviewing the effectiveness of the HSE programs .
02. I am also responsible for collecting the related data and keeping the all records .
03. Accident investigation and related recommendations
04. Inspection of facilities
05. supervise the tool box meeting and conduct training
06. Conducting JHA ( Job Hazard Analysis ) and preparing its reports
07.Devising HSE program to improve HSE performance of the company..
01 High school ( with science, social science, math and English) 02 10+2 ( With Physics , Chemistry and Math) 03 Graduation (Bcom . Accounting as major)
Diploma in health safety and environment.
