6. Gathering and mapping organization’s data for process modeling (for automation)
7. Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies business applications technical problems
8. Generate technical documentation to enhance business applications utilization

Covering Central, Eastern, and western Regions in Saudi Arabia in support
the client.
2. Installing zetalents HCIS.
3. Implementing zetalents HCIS at the client side.
4. Handling the projects for any new client from the installation phase until the
sign off.
5. Provide clients with the requested support using phone, e-mails, VPN
connection, and Site Visits.
6. To provide the Quality assurance Department a feedback on all points
submitted by the clients.
7. Giving client’s team the required training on zetalents HCIS to be qualified to
work on the system and certified too.
8. Providing zetalents management with periodic reports simplifying the status
of zetalents client’s status and objective progress.

1. Managing the support team in Central and Eastern Regions in Saudi Arabia.
2. Covering Central and Eastern Regions in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
3. Preparing the quarterly and annually reports to the management about the support department performance.
4. Installing MenaITech HRMS.
5. Impellent MenaITech HRMS at the client side.
6. Matching the payroll with the client to compare their old work and the result of MenaITech HRMS.
7. Provide clients with the requested support using phone, e-mails, VPN connection and Site Visits.
8. To provide the Quality assurance Department a feedback on all points submitted by the clients.
9. Giving client’s team the required training on MenaITech HRMS to be qualified to work on the system and certified too.
10. Providing MenaITech management with periodic reports simplifying the status of MenaITech client’s status and objective progress.
11. Utilizing all available resources to stay updated and on the edge of technology maintaining a solid business relationship and communication with the customers and MenaITech business partners.
12. Consulting with clients to analyze and understand functions to be automated, client needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements.
13. Prepare and discuss with the Technical Department any new integration scope between MenaITech HRMS and any other system that could be integrated with MenaITech HRMS
