1. Responsible for the preparation of drawings (concept, preliminary, detailed design and construction) for assigned projects using Autodesk Revit or AutoCAD software.
2. Leading and preparing complete detailed architectural shop drawings of all discipline (CMU, flooring, ceiling, staircase, wall cladding, wet areas, kitchen etc.) from design drawing, detailed sketches, layouts and specific instructions.
3. Able to extract and provide 2D drawings and pdf shoots for coordination workshop and CAD design for drawing team from BIM Model.
4. Providing support in preparation of Schematic & Tender Drawings.
5. Preparation of Revit Models by Linking the CAD files.
6. Generating various schedules in Revit such as Room Finishing etc.
7. Creating required annotation families in Revit.
8. Linking and coordinating with MEP Revit models.
9. Creating central model file of Revit on BIM 360 for work sharing
and assigning worksets.
10. Preparing MIDP and TIDP Files for Submission.
11. Responsible to check the all the drafting procedures and BIM standards are followed as per NEOM compliance procedure.
12. Submitting the Architecture (BIM and CAD) Package through BIM 360 for Peer Review and Design Department Head Review for final approval before sharing the files through Published Folder.
13. Familiar with CDE (Common Data Environment) in BIM 360.
14. Leading the team of draftspersons to prepare working drawings.
15. Reviewing the consultant comments and finding the solutions on discussion with the Architect.
