Responsibilities:

•Daily monitoring of site and makes permits for workers
•Give safety induction & Tool box training to workers & technicians
•Make reports for all floors and works site
•Daily reports of Motor pump, Generator, barrier, sliding gate, VFD, AHU electrical Panels
•Makes reports for cameras, detectors, access, speakers
•Make report for materials require and intake

Daily Inspection of  Substation, Generator and  PLC Scada
Room, Lighting of Malls, Hotels and restaurants. 
Daily Monitoring of AVR, Transformer, Electrical Room,
Breakers, MCB, Lights and Calculate the load and
replacement and Report to Engineers.
Daily Monitoring of Traffic Light and make a report  give to
KFCA authority and DOKAAE authority.
Weekly testing & Inspection of electrical room & check
transformer, Breaker, AVR, Panels, ACB, UPS, Battery Bank,
MDB.
Handling Motor pump, Generator, barrier, sliding gate, VFD,
AHU electrical Panels.
Working on service request quickly within given target.
Termination of cable, Efficiency with 110V & 220V/380V.
Quarterly Transformer’s Oil level test.
Worked on SAP system for Maintenance services.

Ireo Victory Valley, Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
•Implements and enforces work rules, Planning and organizing.
•Responsible for work procedures, scheduling cost control, project specification conformity, establishment of manpower levels, monitoring and implementation of safety programs.
•Assessment and scheduled all Electrician and foreman, handled material acquisition, and performed necessary work to complete according to schedule.
•Verified correct installation of Power & Lighting.
•Testing of several electrical installations and equipment that is pressure lines, phasing out lines.
•Supervise and check of cables spools and inspection of cable trays and supports prior to cable pulling.
•Give safety Induction to workers for safety purpose.
