Lead talented team to get "ArabWare" project to life on Windows Mobile and Android platforms.
Prioritize and schedule feature list implementation along plan time line.
Take decisions regarding technical implementation issues.
Guide the team to implement modular platform services to be shared among current and future projects.
Taking the lead of products to define technical requirements, enhancements and road-map for different projects. Manage the development team in order to deliver the product requirements. During this period, we successfully moved the localization mobile apps from Windows Mobile platform to Android platform. We have also visualized and implemented new localization mobile apps on Android platform.
The role implied the design and development of assigned tasks side by side with managing junior team members, assurance of different mobile apps can pass stability and stress tests on target devices and the enhancement of the user experience in current and previous products. Also had the responsibility for inventing new features for current projects and new ideas for new projects
Have successfully participated in the enhancement and delivery of critical deals with well-known device manufacturers such as HTC, i-mate, Motorola and Acer. The design and implementation of Bluetooth cores in a way that hides the complexity for smooth integration with other modules. Design of core engines for multi-platform products such as Extended Messaging XMS on Windows Mobile and Symbian platforms.

• Symbian OS developer and team leader, ASGATech, Egypt.
• Nokia Certified Trainer (NCT) during the year 2007, ASGA Academy, Egypt.
Responsibilities:
• Supervising the Symbian department and helping the team to provide higher performance and better quality output.
• Managing workflow and performance of a partial Symbian projects.
• Documenting applications coding and design. Providing full roadmap for the development process.
• Setting requirements and features of company's new Symbian projects.
Achievements:
• The only Nokia Certified Trainer in the Middle East and Africa (Jan 2007- Jan 2008).
• Implementing the 1st Symbian product of the company SMSArabic for S90.
• Implemented the most successful application in the company during 2005: "Islamic Organizer" for Nokia Series 80 devices.
• Developed a full QA system for company's applications which was clearly reflected on the revenues of the company.
• Developed the core of the call manager product “MobiGenie”.
• Developed a full localization solution "coding, designing, fonts" for Nokia 7710 mobile phone.

Completed Execute Master of Business Administration at Alexandria University in cooperation with Georgia State University in USA. The program is designed and supervised by Georgia State University.
