o Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work start.
o Developing the programme of work and strategy for making the project happen.
o Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
o Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations related to health safety and the environments (HSE) are adhered to.
o Communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce.
• OCT 2005 - Now working as a project engineer for Al Fanar Co \[which classified 76th between Saudi companies\] in Riyadh - responsible for total management of all the aspects of the project to ensure completing on time and at the highest level of quality while meeting the clients expectations in cooperation with planning department & considered staff &under the supervision of the considered project manager. Ensuring that the project is handled in a professional manner, including obtaining all necessary contracts and authorizations to perform work. Including preparation of proposals and negotiation of contracts.
Preparing & controlling budget in coordination with planning & account departments for the following projects \[Al Fanar Head Office extension project phase 1\]-\[Al Fanar rented show room\]- \[Al Fanar Head Office extension project phase 2\]\[Al Sulai warehouses & admin building project\]-\[Al Fanar precast Factory\].
•FEB 2003 - OCT 2005 \[working as a civill site engineer in \[CHAM CITY CENTER\] in Damascus for the total project that consists of 42000m2 area considered one of the biggest malls in damascus
•AUG 2001-FEB 2003\[working in analyzing and designing \[CHAM CITY CENTER\] contains HB RC slabs- ribbed slabs- helical stair- RC frames- tanks- circular pool-retaining walls- many types of foundations such as \[isolated- combined- combined with a connecting beam-strip-flat slab\].
