Prepare oil market monthly report based on reports published by OPEC, IEA, EIA and other agencies across the world to be published in newspapers.

Make earnings projections for key accounts and ascertain its fair value based on DCF techniques coupled with relative valuation methodologies.

Provide an extensive range of research services and products including, investment recommendation on listed securities in the Kuwaiti, regional and international markets.

Prepare daily and monthly stock market reports for the GCC and the MENA region.

Write periodic reports on economy and specific sectors, which are published in public domain (company website and newspapers).

Make suggestions and ideas for new reports based on market requirements and receptivity.

Providing technical support to the research team and ensuring that all the team members are contributing to work effectively.

Provide other departments with investment analysis, valuations and recommendations on quoted and unquoted securities from various sectors (Banking, Services, Real Estate…Etc).

 Review reports done by the team and suggest required changes
 Conduct in-depth financial and credit analysis of corporates, financial institutions, debt instruments, real estate properties, funds and sovereigns
 Draft credit opinion reports based on conclusions arrived at from the information gathered from due diligence with corporate and financial institutions as well as other primary and secondary information sources and provide an appropriate credit rating (both issuer and issue ratings)
 Conducted in-house training on credit analysis of corporates and financial institutions for the benefit of new candidates
 Write periodic reports on economy and specific sectors, which are published in public domain (company website and newspapers)
 Drafting rating methodologies/criteria for rating different issuers, industries and instruments.
 Maintains updated knowledge of rules, regulations, standards in the field and related matter of interest to professional domain.
 Represent the firm at various public forums and industrial meetings as well as at government agencies

Provide support to a global Credit Analyst for monitoring and tracking performance of a portfolio of credits / transactions.

Credit Research Team

Work closely with the onsite Relationship Manager to ascertain credit score for a corporate

Perform financial modeling and standardize the financial statements as per Citigroup policies

Perform annual review for corporate and ascertain their credit standing

Prepare a write-up and identify the key factors that led to increase/decrease in key metrics of a financial statement

Do a qualitative analysis of the company’s fundamentals and the industry and incorporate that in the model to enhance/pull down the credit rating

Assisting the onsite team in initiating research coverage on stocks that are not covered by Morgan Stanley Research team. Fair knowledge of DCF and relative valuation techniques.
Preparing Earnings Notes during earnings season highlighting the key factors during the quarter.
Attending quarterly conference calls and summarizing / highlighting important statements made by the management.
Assisting the Sector specialist in preparing sales email using fundamental and technical analysis with data from Morgan Stanley research notes, Factset and Bloomberg.
Preparing daily morning reports for the Tech and the Telecom Sector.
Analyzing the report and summarizing research reports.
Participating in morning calls with the research team and the sector specialist.
