SANG Housing Project:
The project is a large scale residential development of 1, 250 villas with a total housing Built up Area of approximately 394 thousand m² and a total site area of around 1.4 million m².The project value is SR. 1, 348, 000, 000 (One billion three hundred and forty eight million Saudi Riyals).
The project includes the construction of infrastructure facilities such as roads, storm water, sewage network and sewage treatment plant capacity of 5, 000 m3/day, irrigation network, elevated water tank, water supply and irrigation systems, electrical system to include substations, MV and LV cables, street lighting, lighting panels telephone networks, etc. and all other civil works i.e. earthworks, landscaping, asphalting and fencing works. The project is planned to be completed in 36 months ending in August 2014.
QASSIM III Ext. Power Plant.
The project involves the Design, Engineer, Procure, Supply and Deliver all Materials and Equipment to work site, construct / install, test & commission 8 GE frame 7EA gas turbine units along with required balance of plant systems, including fuel oil treatment, storage and forwarding systems and required civil work to support production of 480 MW power for SEC-COA. The project value is SR 1, 429, 900, 000
MID contracting is a limited liability company comprising of Jordanian and International partners, MID is classified by the Jordanian Ministry of Public Works and Housing as Grade “A” General Contracting in all fields of constructions.
Soletanche Beachy and MID have come into joint venture agreement to execute a 80.7 Mill USD ACT (Aqaba Container Terminal expansion) project, the scope includes the construction works for Berth Extension in two phases.
The works requires extensive marine piling, combi-walls, bathymetric survey, crane rail works with fenders and bollards, demolition, earthwork & reclamation, concrete works, pavements, services & conduits and structures.
- The project RPP-10 involves the Design, Engineer, Procure, Supply and Deliver all Materials and Equipment to work site, construct / install, test & commission 36 GE frame 7EA gas turbine units along with required balance of plant systems, including fuel oil unloading, treatment, storage and forwarding systems and required civil work to support production of 2012 MW power for SEC-COA. The project value is US$ 3, 000, 000, 000.00
- Previous project RPP-9 involves the design, construction, commissioning & start-up of an additional extension of a Power Plant (PP-9) located at Riyadh, KSA from a simple cycle to a complex combined cycle technology, which added 1, 920 MW to the existing generation capacity of 1, 440 MW. Our client is Saudi Electric Company (SCECO), the sole provider of electricity power supply in the kingdom, which awarded a total contract amount of USD 6.5B for the additional power generation. In-charged of the overall management in the civil construction operation including responsibility for maintaining construction schedules, ensuring quality assurance, logistical planning, monitoring field progress, overseeing safety compliance and managing the established operational procedures with the assigned part of the project, this is the Turbine Inlet Air Cooling System. Collect all information related to the architectural, structural and technical aspects of all projects being considered or underway that the company is involved in. Assist the company in the organization of tenders, selection, assignments and supervision of the third party contractors and suppliers according to approved project budgets of the company. Follow up the payable procedures and related expenditure using existing management & reporting systems and procedures and according to project budgets of the company. Reporting directly to the Director of Civil & Building Units.
