JOB PROFILE
• Monitor daily production and ensure that all machines are operating as per the defined parameter to maximize of output and achieve efficiency.
• Monitor the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.

• Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure

the most effective return on assets.

• Meet all customer commitments through the production of timely, efficient and high

quality products and service.

• Maintain production control records and provide information to sales representatives, customers and management with regard to delivery dates, schedules and operating problems
• Ensure the effective achievement of production departmental objectives through the leadership of the production section - setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal - in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of the section.
• Planning/Scheduling in order to optimize production run time and achieve high levels of machine efficiency.
• Ensuring that the break down and preventive maintenance of machines and plants are carried out promptly.
• Spare parts management.
• Liaise with QC, Technical Department, and project department.
• Ensure that the factory is kept clean at all times to comply with housekeeping regulations.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls across the production section to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

• Successfully increased the 15% production rate and Quality of pipes.
• Successfully produced the new pipe by doing the alteration and a new combination of die-mandrel.

 Planning and scheduling production activities.
 Monitoring the production process and adjusting schedules as needed.
 Making sure the good quality production of product on time.
 Planning, Co-ordination and carrying out Plant maintenance activities.
 Ensuring that the break down and preventive maintenance of machines and plants are carried out promptly.
 Spare parts management.
 Establishes Production standards of efficiency, minimum wastage and maximum utilization of resource( machines, raw material and manpower).
 Develop and maintain an effective organization and good working climate by organizing the staff into a working team of motivated employees.
 Coordinate with Sales Manager to:-
Plan production capacity according to weekly and monthly sales projection
Monitor production vs. sales to review production schedule accordingly.
Apply effective modification on production plan for timely production of special order
 Coordinate with procurement officers and suppliers to ensure smooth supply of raw materials.
 Ensure Compliance with company ISO procedure.
 Updating/amendments ISO document if required.
 Monitoring the delivery schedule status and ensure orders were covered and delivered in time.
 Establishing safe working procedure for all areas of operation.
 Identifying the training needs.
 Reviewing the performance of subordinates and preparing the performance appraisal.

 Production planning based on the customer’s requirement and stock available.
 Scheduling and loading of machine as per the production tables & planning.
 Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
 Planning for the day-to-day requirement of the raw materials.
 Achieving of production target as per scheduled.
 Checking of progress of the work schedule and expediting.
 Allocation of job to the workers and proper supervising.
 Keeping machine and manpower utilization at optimum level.
 Providing the formulations for compounding.
 Coordinating the workers in solving the technical problems.
 Looking after the testing for the quality assurance.
 Ensuring that, the breakdown and preventive maintenance of machines and plants are carried out promptly.
 Maintain essential records of the machines and Manpower utilization and consumption of raw material as per ISO 9001
