• Manage and coordinate all IT related issues between Clients, Consultants and subcontractors (Al-Arrab Co., Saudi rail ways organization and Dar Al-Hadassah). Such as; IT Administration, system admin, IT Requests, Support, Supervision of Work Sites such as coverage and internet solutions, etc.
• Distribute the end users IT issue requests on IT team and keep on following up until the case ended through helpdesk system and telecoms.
• Managing the IT Assets inventory (including software and windows licenses and cartridges)
• Creating purchase requisitions plus delivery notes for IT related.
• Network Administrator. (Deploying Servers operating systems, Server installation, configuration & management (File, WDS, Print, Domain Controllers, DHCP, Application, Proxy, and Anti-virus servers etc.)).
• Setup and configure switches and routers (Cisco, 3com, Oroba, etc...)
• Setup and configure internet to the local network.
• Initializing Network and Troubleshooting.
• Establishes and maintains network performance by building net configurations and connections; troubleshooting network problems.
• Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
• Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
• Network Printers setup and support.
• Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access.
• Fortigate networks and security, Cisco ASA (Firewall).
• Internet security access control (ISA/Proxy)
• Backup data systems (Symantec exec), Execute backup procedures and maintain backup media.
• VMware / Hyper V Management.
• Conference systems (WebEx, Skype for business)
• Telephone system installation and troubleshooting. (BCM SYSTEM)

• Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
• Provide desktop and occasional server support
• Support tablets and smart phones when necessary.

Education - Finished High School in Bar-Elias Official High School (2005-2008). - Finished my degree in Information Technology in the Lebanese International University in 2012. -April 2013: ITIL Foundation V3 Certificate in IT Service Management. - Preparing for my Masters. (in progress).
