Duties/Responsibilities:


 Administration, Operation & Maintenance of Grameen phone Enterprise IT Data Centers (Legacy DC, DR, New DA DCs) at Savar and Bogura and AWS DC (region-Singapore).
 Manage Operation and Implementation Fortinet, Paloalto Next Generation Firewall.
 Configuration & Maintenance of Cisco Nexus 9K, 7K, 5K, 3K, 6509-E, 6506E, 3560-G Switches, Cisco 1841, 1941, 7604, 7606, ASR 9001 Routers and Cisco ACI Software driven network.
 Manage Operation and Implementation F5 BIGIP ASM and LTM
 Manage Operation and Implementation AWS Cloud network infrastructure
 Configuration of Static & Dynamic Routing Protocols OSPF, BGP during new network integration as per network solution architecture.
 Administration of F5 Proxy, DNS and Open Source BIND DNS.
 Administration of campus network Infrastructure of GPHouse- GPCHQ, for 3500 users, largest Layer 3 campus network infrastructure in Bangladesh.
 Administration, Operation & Maintenance of Grameenphone Regional Offices LAN, WLAN & WAN Network Across the country.
 Syslog integration of all network devices on SPLUNK, to make sure that logs are available to check when required.
 Quarterly VAPT scan initiation and mitigation of VAPT findings on network devices and quarterly vapt mitigation on Exposed/DMZ network & security devices.
 Automation of network device’s configuration backup using bash expect script, cronjob.
 Security Hardening of network devices as per industry best practice, following standards, benchmarks.
 Network devices OS upgradation, patching as per SOC guideline and version availability and to mitigate vulnerabilities.
 Log assessment on Firewall log analyzer, BigIQ, Syslog server during incident handling time, any types of attacks.
 Manage Operation of Cisco Stealthwatch for threat detection and accelerated threat response.
 Manage Operation of Cisco ISE for Radius and Tacacs service
