Responsible for conducting courses (“GC PROCESSES TROUBLESHOOTING AND CONTROL SYSTEMS: COURSE 2A) IN PETROLEUM TRAINING CENTRE, KPC, Kuwait
Responsible for the management and supervision of the installation, commissioning startup, operation and maintenance of the SCADA project.
It is 36" gas pipeline SCADA project aims at supervising and controlling exporting gas to Arab Countries.
It consists of main control center, Emergency Control center, Remote control room, Communication room, RTUs, Leak Detection System, different electrical equipments, control and instruments . Telecommunication system consists of VSAT, fiber optic, NMS, EPAPX and Access Control System.
These duties incorporated planning and conducting preliminary courses for the staff of Egyptian and Gulf oil and gas companies. The conducted courses covered the Introduction to Instrumentation and control techniques, PLC, DCS, SCADA and networks
Management and supervision of the SCADA detail design contracts.
The work included, consultation, auditing, specifications, budget, vendor negotiation, co- ordination, review of design documentation; monitoring the progress of the projects.
Responsible for the technical evaluation of technical proposals of the vendors of Fiber Optic project and monitoring the progress of AL-amerya Dahshor Fiber Optic project. Responsible for Balanced Score Card project, monthly and yearly reports, and job description of the staff of the department
These duties incorporated planning and conducting preliminary courses for the staff of Ministry of Education. The conducted courses covered the Introduction to PCs, Windows 95 and Access 7.0
It is the capacity of On Job Training Instrument Advisor in the technical training project offered by IHRDC at Dier Al Zor and field.
Duties incorporated developing, improving and monitoring technical training modules in line with competency requirements. Developing Task / Assessment book and OJT plans for trainees and monitoring progress against plan. Working with OJT Training Instructors and trainees to ensure personal competency is attained and competency books are completed. Ensuring the standards are maintained
Directing and supervising the activities of installation, maintenance of computer systems and networks, managing staff and customers training
Provides technical support for the proper operation and first-line
maintenance and repair of SCADA computer systems installed on the supercomplex. Maintains appropriate standard of housekeeping. Provides the first line maintenance of Personal Computers and their peripherals. Provides the necessary training courses and technical support for different Microsoft packages
Supervises and participates in the installation, smooth running and upgrading of PC systems and networks. Responsible for training and technical support of customer and staff of the company
Supervises, participates in the maintenance and on-job training activities of all computers and associated peripherals related to Remote Terminal Units (RTU), Master Terminal Units (MTU), and Field Control Center (FCC).
Supervises the operation, on-job training and maintenance contract of HP-1000 of the utility plant.
Supervises the maintenance of the interface between RTU,
Honeywell TDC2000 and Communications equipment.
SCADA consists of FCC, four MTUs, and 83 RTUs. MTU and
FCC made of four computers and their associated peripherals. RTU is a
microprocessor based unit, which performs data acquisition and control
WHPT processes
Directs and supervises the activities of maintenance, repair, on-job training as and when required installation and commissioning of a wide variety of instrumentation and control systems throughout three process plants and utility plant
