Prepare Raw & Packing materials requirement as per Production forecast.
•To prepare & send "Sample Advise Sheet" to Q.A department to test the quality of the material.
•Store materials in quarantine until passed Q.C department.
•Ensure maintenance of stock register as per GRN & satisfactory stock position of Raw & Packing materials in the Warehouse.
•To identify damaged/expired/Q.C rejected/unusable stock/Store them at designated placed & dispose timely as per SOP.
•Prepare monthly battery inventory report as per physical stock.
•Ensure on time delivery of finished goods as per local & export demand.
•Ensure purchase order & shipment order receipt.
•Ensure safety and proper storage of all raw materials and finished goods.
Responsible for picking, packing and dispatching shipments to retail distributors and retailers.
•Making sure products are picked and stacked to the highest standards.

•Overseeing inventory control and processing orders through paper analysis.
