Job Responsibilities
•Preparation of Architectural, Structural & Infrastructure Plans and detailed project civil drawings.
•Detailed drawings for Sections, Elevations, and Enlargements.
•Combined Services Drawings (Site Master Plan)
•Shop Drawings / Detailed & Rebar Drawings / As-built Drawings.
•Preparation of Architectural & Structural general arrangement drawings.
•Preparation of Pipe Networking Joints Details & also Profile Section of Pipe Network.
•Coordinating with design engineers to get the approval from concerned authorities.
•Prepare all scales sheets and drawings as per company and International standard.
•Responsible in updating revision of drawings as per designers and engineer marks up.
•Coordinating with leading consultant for site issues.
•Preparation of Submittals, Method Statements, Programmers and other Contract Documents.
•Analyzed rough sketches and interpreted specifications to develop 2D and 3D Drafts.
•Working to meet the project deadlines.
•Prepared technical drawings and plans.
•Checking and reviewing drawings for conformity and accuracy.
•Adjusting and changes to a variety of detailed drawings as necessary.
•Maintained organized records of active projects.
•Development of multiple view drawings.
•Working for the approvals of layout and preliminary design.
•Responsible for the Shop Drawings and sending final print out of Drawings to Consultant for Approval.
•Prepare detailed all shop drawings as per site requirements and project plan, for submission to the Consultant for approval
• Working experience in preparation of construction drawing for civil projects.
• Preparing drawing in AutoCAD work with engineers.
• AutoCAD functions such as X-Refs, Lisp, Blocks, Layers, Model space & Paper Space, Viewports, Pen setting, Layout Scale set for plot printing.
• Checking revised shop drawings for preparation of As-Built Drawings.
• Working experience in preparation of construction drawing for civil projects.
