Handling the complete recruitment cycle and HR operations, End to End recruitment process (Bulk recruitment from multinational countries) liaising with the user department and Manpower suppliers, preparing ads, sourcing, screening, shortlisting relevant candidates, doing reference and background checks, conducting interviews on technical skills and behavioral skills along with client’s representatives, conducting assessment tests.
Liaising with government relations departments and respective embassies to arrange visas, air tickets, and accommodations and managing the entire mobilization and onboarding process.
I am maintaining candidate databases with an applicant tracking system.
We are conducting new hire orientation, training, and development.
Handling HR audits and compliance, leave and sick leave administration.
Grievance handling according to Kuwait's private and oil sector labor law.
Assisted the finance manager in performing all manpower activities, including budgeting, developing, and monitoring all manpower plans. Coordinating with international manpower consultants to obtain subject matter expertise CVs as per job requirements.
Overseas Mobilization / Demobilization.
- Schedule and organize interviews.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Created plans and communicated deadlines to complete projects on time.
- Carry out day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently.
- Interact with recruitment agents to source CVs.
- Provide best-practice advice on matters relating to areas of HR Unit specialization
- Support projects in achieving mobilization targets.
Recruitment of local candidates and follow-up with the Department of Administration to register newly hired employees on PISS (Public Institution for Social Security).
- Payroll Administrators handle issuing and distributing paychecks, managing direct deposits, and payroll deductions if necessary. Collect daily, weekly, or monthly timesheets. Calculate bonuses and allowances.
Follow-up on pending issues/actions, and feedback. And perform additional duties/assignments as directed.
- Mobilizing manpower on time from overseas and locally as per requirements for all responsible projects.
- Negotiate with candidates on job offers and ensure compliance with budgetary terms and conditions
- Coordinate airport pickup and salary advance for new arriving employees.
- Responsible for submission of applications and related joining documents.
- Coordinating with an administration section to schedule new employees for medical for residency formalities.
- Coordinate with the recruitment unit for local hire at the project.
- Arranging and conducting interviews for the required candidates.
- Help the project in preparing the leave schedule for all manpower in the projects.
- Redressing employee grievance.
- Conduct exit interviews for resigned/terminated/dismissed employees.
- Handling disciplinary cases.
- Lead investigations regarding employment-related complaints/grievances and recommend resolutions.
- Preparing daily, and weekly reports, data, and feedback for both HR & Project about the recruitment’s status.
Responsible for the entire task related to HR. Dept. As recruitment, preparing wages & salaries, social security, transportation, salary scale
-Signing of offer and employment contracts, joining in reports, filling of insurance forms, personal declaration forms, and verification of previous records.
- Reporting to the managing director of the company.
- Coordinating with the administration department for applying for visas for recruits, and filling visa application forms.
- Play a vital role in recruiting staff, placing advertisements in newspapers, sourcing, employee referral schemes, shortlisting of resumes as per the requirement of departments, preparing offers & appointment letters.
- Handling grievance at the initial stage, giving proper reports to HR Manger.
- Coordinate between management and institutes/government departments on problem solving at the earliest thereby helping the smooth functioning to a large possible extent.
- Filing of documents as per the standard filing index of the company.
- Entering the CVs in an HR database system of the company and retrieving them as per the requirements.
- Entering the information of hired candidates in the HR system
- Administering the institution’s performance evaluation system, coordinating with management to prepare increment and promotion letters on time, and maintaining employee records.
