• Preparing, reviewing and developing I&C deliverables during FEED (Front End Engineering Design) phase for the ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) Offshore / Onshore projects and the Pipeline projects.

• Preparing Material Requisitions for instruments, reviewing of instruments vendors’ offers and completion of technical bid evaluations (TBE) and Vendor selection reports for the awarding of the Technical Bid.
• Sizing and Selection of Control Valves and Flow Elements.
• Reviewing and approving vendor documents for tank gauging system (TGS).
• Reviewing and approving vendor documents for PLC based Package Control Systems.
• Interacting with vendors (meetings and correspondence) intending to resolve all technical clarifications.
• Reviewing and approving mechanical equipment packages.
• Reviewing and approving of other discipline documentations.
• Involving in budget control and time scheduling for engineering efforts.
• Preparing, reviewing and developing I&C deliverables during Engineering phase.
• Reviewing and approving instruments vendor documents.
• Reviewing and approving vendor documents for Integrated Control Systems (Combined DCS/ESD/F&G Systems, PLC based Package Control Systems).
• Sizing and Selection of Control Valves and Flow Elements.
• Reviewing and approving mechanical equipment packages.
• Reviewing of instrument vendors’ offers and completion of technical bid evaluations (TBE) and Vendor selection reports for the awarding of the Technical Bid.
• Finalizing and preparing of as-built instrument and control documents.
• Replying to site technical queries and technical deviation requests.
• Implementing, developing, programming and commissioning of DCS (Distributed Control System) (both of software and hardware) by DeltaV Control System.
• Developing of logics, complex loops, sequence controls and etc. by understanding the control narrative, P&ID, the customer s specification and site requirements.
• Designing and developing of graphical screens and faceplates of HMI as per PFD and P&ID.
• Commissioning and troubleshooting of Modbus RTU and TCP/IP communication between DCS and 3rd-party package.
• Good Familiarity with Triconex system (for ESD and F&G systems) Designing and preparing of technical documents.
• Conducting of FAT & SAT. Supervising during panel fabrication, installation and testing.
• Involving in Calibration, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of different types of instruments.
