- Supports all events of the company such as Employee Sales, Seasonal Sales, and Special Sales.
- Performing Prevent Failure for more than 20 locations.
- Maintaining existing servers such as AD, Exchange, FileServers, Blades, Etc.
- Coordinating with other companies that supports out equipment such as IBM, Zebra, Toshiba, Avaya.
First line handler of technical issues by phone support and provide solution if possible.
Provide and log details at helpdesk with suggested solution before re-assigning the case to field engineers.
Coordinated with field engineer while on-site to resolve high priority issues on workstations, network, and printers.
Handled Warranty Entitle equipments for HP Workstations, Notebook, Mini, small to large format Printers.
Service Partner Support with Lexmark Printers, Dell Workstations.
Provides support to the customer in all aspects, from Phone Support to On-Site visit and diagnose with repair if possible, including system crash, data communication, data recovery.
Updating technical details such as action taken, parts used and status of ticket.
Responsible for attaching softcopy of all documents to the ticket assigned before closure.
Project Outsource or In-House Engineer
Maintaining and provide support for the Company’s Workstations.
Operating and maintaining Wide Format Printer (Encad Novajet 850, 1.5M Printout).
Providing technical support for Multimedia Color LED Display System
Assist with graphics designs and will be finalized by the head Designer.
