1. Ability to prioritize, manage well, multitask and troubleshoot
2. Scan, image, organize & maintain documents adhering to company's document lifecycle procedures
3. Maintain the integrity of working documents and update documentation when required
4. Archive inactive records in accordance with records retention schedule
5. Create and maintain project files and file system
6. Management and organization of all inbound/outbound documentation to/from contractors and the company departments
7. Maintain document control log (excel file) for all Facility Engineering OE documentation
Maintain all operation drawings and documents up to date and keep records of all revisions to drawings and documents in a control log (excel or access file)
8. Prepare Transmittals to Contractors and for all inter-office correspondence
9. Maintain department files (MOCs, Projects, etc.) and establishes file system on O drive and e-Room, copies reports, CDs, DVDs
10. Assist Project Managers/Facilities Engineers with project documentation
11. Print and dispatch field drawings as requested in a timely manner
12. Capable of drafting documents in AutoCAD
1. Regular visiting the market, hunting the new customer groups, and creating marketing opportunity.
2. Developing the new clients and maintaining the relations with existing clients.
3. Reporting the manager regarding the market and customer issues.
4. Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
5. Directly involve to sales at indoor and outdoor.
