• Managing a warehouse of Finished Goods \{food & beverages\} for corporate region south, operationally. Catering all administration & core operational tasks along with the compliance factors under the company policy. As a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator & D.C. Assistant, To ensure correct lots, batch & quantities are being received in warehouse. Handling physical logistics in outbound deliveries along with the receiving of the inbound containers (transit stocks) from the production plants. Handling all reporting, invoicing, tractability, binning, tracking etc. on S.A.P. Demand & Planning is also a main task to serve the business department. Creating of Purchase Requisitions for different tasks.
Nestle Pakistan Ltd at 3rd Party Logistics (AGILITY LOGISTICS).
• On January 1st 2016, completed the project of shifting the Nestle Professional Distribution Center to 3rd Party Logistics. Ensured to design & implement the SOP pertaining to 3rd Party Logistics. Also designed the standard routines & One Point Lessons OPLs for educating the AGILITY 3PL Staff as per the Nestle Standards to follow strict compliances.
• Credit Initiation Unit for Auto Finance; Responsible for receiving Daily Logins, Attachments, Pre-screening, Reviewing & Segregation of the cases.
• In calculation unit as Support Analyst; Calculate Debt Burden Ratios as per the policies.
• Analysis of the cases as the verdict for both (secured &unsecured).
• Maintaining Countrywide M.I.S. for all concerned sectors of AUTO Finance.
