Handling Sales Team drive sales and achieve profitability targets for CM&E Aftermarket Parts business
in UAE set by the Management. Implement annual business plans, manage staff, execute marketing
initiatives/campaigns, manage sales inventory and lead the team to maximize business revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategy & Planning: Assist in the development of annual business plan, financial, man power
budget & strategy in line with the overall department plans and objectives.
• Business Development: Drive sales and increase margin turnover while minimizing the variable
cost base in line with targets. Execute the approved sales plan is cascaded to the team.
• Operations: Ensure clear and strong flow of communication is maintained between the teams
to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and the management of delivery function.
• Inventory Management: Manage adequate stock levels are maintained at all times complying
with the given thresholds while balancing business demand against carrying cost for the purpose
of maximizing profits.
• Customer Service & Retention: In line with the Automotive division and Principals guidelines,
implement customer retention strategy by implementing new ideas to retain customers.
Responsible in UAEs for presenting products and services to prospects and demonstrating features.
Identifying potential customers, making offers, answering to inquiries, offering advice to hesitant
clients, and closing sales. Ability to effectively structure conversation to unveil the true needs of the
customer and offer the right products and services. Order planning/forecasting preparing
monthly/quarterly sales campaign.
Job responsibilities:
◦ Understands customers requirements and assesses current situation to establish product need,
stock availability, credit and payment position. This includes providing technical information in
relation to product performance, suitability, application versus pricing
◦ Negotiates optimum deals to acquire and retain customers in the long-term and help achieve
bottom line. This includes achieving set customer satisfaction targets (CSI) and preparing relevant
documentation to ensure the deal is closed as per company guidelines and policies.
◦ Builds long lasting relationships with customers to explore and develop new business
opportunities
◦ Carries out market intelligence to monitor competitors products, pricing and promotional
activities versus own market share.
◦ Manages product display at Dealer Point of Sale (POS) to ensure enhance visual effectiveness and
fulfill signage requirements as per Customer Index (CI) norms.
◦ Organizes product delivery and payment invoice to ensure receives the product along with the
invoice in a timely manner
◦ Collects payments as per set deadlines to ensure payment is received on time and customer credit
is minimized.
◦ Trains dealer sales team and/or own team members to identify lucrative prospects and assist Sales
Head for various assignments.
