1. Reading and implementation of P&I drawing, process engineering flow schematic diagram (PEFS), loop diagrams and hook-up drawings.
2. Configuration, operation, installation and troubleshooting of microprocessor based different types of digital and analog instruments.
3. Preparation testing of logical sequence and interlocks during start-up and shut down, Based on cause and effect sequence.
4. Installation of instruments, bench calibration & troubleshooting in instrument control panel.
5. Calibration of all types of smart, digital, analog & Pneumatic transmitters like Temperature, Pressure, Flow & Level with Highway Addressable Remote, Transducer (HART) Communicator Rosemount having model No. 275 and ABB Kent Taylor.

7. Calibration of Analytical Instrument like conductivity meter with standard solution & pH transmitter with buffer solution.
8. Calibration of all types of control valves (Both Action). Smart Positioner & I/P converters. Solenoid Valves & Motor operated valves.
9. Involving in day to day preventive and corrective maintenance for field instruments, individual inspection, loop simulation as per standard procedure.
10. Effective corrective maintenance at breakdown period in ESD (Emergency Shutdown), loop checking of rotating equipment such as vibration probes, speed switches and position switches.
11. Having good knowledge in (DCS) Distributed Control System (OCS) open Control System & Advant 500 Series of ABB.
12. Troubleshooting in Distributed Control System under the supervision of Engineer.
