Joined the company as an HR Generalist with continuous hard work and well-structured initiatives led to present position of Assistant HR Manager, reporting to HR Director.
At present taking care all the core HR activities, Recruitment process for operations and Sanofi KSA first Manufacturing Plant in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), in collaboration with Zone HR Director and IA Paris, Performance & Recognition, Promotions, Annual Merit Increases, Compensation and Benefits Surveys, Headcount & Salary Budget, SAP base HR tools (eCV, ePerformance and eComp) and custodian of all the employees’ personal records and HR confidential files.

Established professional conducting, either personally or through external agencies, the recruitment and selection for staff positions, monitors the effectiveness of recruitment techniques, although there is no involvement in setting policy. Prepares reports on candidates for final decisions to be taken at a more senior level.
Calculates timesheets, individual time records, including overtime or shift payments.
Calculates vacation and sick pay. Deals with routine queries from employees.
Responsibilities include.
Handling Walk in inquiries and deal with them for the enrollments.
To co-ordinate with branch offices & Network office.
In order to reinforce the students, send them reminder mails and contact prospective students and do follow-up.
Responsible for Students satisfaction: Meeting them often formally and informally on the Academic front, listening to their complaints & solving their problems.
